Cycle Fatigue

I have been commuting every day this week but I took Thursday off as some days you just need a car.  The weather has been perfect in the morning and it has been pleasant but very uneventful.  

I find that riding more than 6 consecutive days it becomes fatiguing and I have "sleepy spells" during the day.  So a day off is always nice.

Planning to go for a long ride today after work, maybe 40 miles.
